Hello! I am not sure if I double posted this as it doesn't look like my first post went through (newbie here).

I will be traveling from JFK to JTR in business class with a few people. One of my travel partners will require wheelchair assistance to get through the airport (e.g. to/from the gate, etc). In the US (and probably in Europe), there is an attendant who pushes the traveler/wheelchair through the airport. Rookie question: do we simply ask the attendant to take my travel partner to the lounge and ask for someone to 'pick us up' when are ready to leave?

    Thank You!

That's what I'd assume. I'm sure lounge agents have a way of getting assistance when necessary.

You should be able to get the wheelchair to the lounge! Just let the agent know that you would like to go there. And upon getting to the lounge, let the front desk agents know you need a wheelchair, and what flight you're on, so they can call ahead of time to get somebody to pick you up for your flight
